I've never used CyberRebate.com before... but I did a little research and found out that its legit. From what I read, it works... but the rebate forms are rather tedious and the payout can take a long time. I shelled out the cash for the overpriced radar detector... I have my fingers crossed. :-)

Has anyojne actually used this service before? I called them to aski what I do, and all that they require is that you sign-up for a free membership with them. I had a customer service person explain to me that the free give away is to try and build a customer base, and all this is requires is that I purchase the detector, and then when I recieve it, I fill out the rebate form online, and they sent a check back to me for the full amount. The only reason why I'm required to purchase and then get the refund is so that they can track activity and purchases on the sight. Does this sound to strange, and a could it actually be a real deal. Someone please respond, and let me know before I might get screwed.
