Pete McHenry in Winston Salem, NC builds wonderful straight six engines to almost any spec that you prefer.

Dinan in CA raced e34's and has extensive rebuild experience.

Metric Mechanic in St. Louis is worth a look if you're in that region.

Steve D'Geralamo in Emerson, NJ at http://www.ultimategarage.com is also worth checking if you want a freight company to just drop off a box full o' engine somewhere.
