Oil Leakage into spark plug holes (archive)

I refitted my spark plugs the other day and discovered that one of them were soaked in oil. There are three possibilities of damage: O-rings around coil-"shaft", camshaft cover gaskets or gasket were cylinderhead are devided. Have anybody had simular problems,or a feeling of were the leak probably comes from ? . I just hope the gasket were the cylinderhead are devided are in order...
