Here's the pulley part number: 11 51 1 315 202
Belt Number: Dayco, Top Cog, Gold Label # 17395 (in other words, its 39.5 inches in circumference)
Dallas summmers are so damned hot that $55 for the pulley and $10 for a new belt are a steal for the peace of mind I get from knowing that my motor isn't likely to turn to toast. However, I'd keep an ear tuned toward the water pump. If its not been replaced in the last 30,000 miles, I'd consider doing so while you have it apart. The increased RPMs could prematurely wear out the pump and if its an old pump , probably hasten its demise. Just a thought.
Also, if you have over-heating problems, you might consider replacing the thermostat and flushing the cooling system while you're at it.
Good Luck!

I would like to know can I install the M5 water pulley as it is smaller than the E32 735i, so it spins the pump faster.
