San Diego is meeting up with LA at Balboa Park. Are there enough guys to get together in Ventura County and MERGE up with the SD&LA groups on 101 as they drive by? I plan to cell phone to communicate and get the merging smoothly. I estimate their arrival to the intersection of 101 and 23 at around 9:00 am.
