After the DOT work on the car is complete, the RI should have submitted the DOT package and after
30 days the vehicle is clear of the DOT bond. Then after the car Passes EPA testing it takes another 15 days then they should have released the vehicle to you as cleared......

If they are saying that the DOT work only is done then, that might means that they may be having trouble getting the car to pass EPA testing......
which is costly to you the owner. If you do not mind me asking are you through paying them as yet?

But it should not have taken that long if they are an efficient company with their work and papers.
90 days max.....IF THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!
