So..... You think this dip looks bad? The dip is caused be the resonance tuning mechanism in the intake. It moves to it's 2nd position changing the intake runner length, offering better horsepower at higher rpms.

You can tell the ignition and fuel setting are good by the smoothmess of the curve. If there was an ignition or fuel issue, the graph would be wavy and sporadic. It would look like hell.

One issue that is a possibility, is that my free-flow K&N cone filter is throwing off the factory designed intake pressures for a moment and this causes a dip. Really, I need to compare this graph with other M5 dynojet graphs.

Have you seen M5 graphs that do not have this dip or are you just an inquiring mind? -jk
