Unless the car needs airbags, and OBDII update,
the only extra is the EPA testing which can become costly if not monitored......I imported 3 cars for just a little more than that..$10k he is on some good shit.

Gentleman told me that 95 did not have the 6 speed and 18" wheels - no deal. Expect apprx. $10,000 to ship from Europe, customs, duty, tax, federalization, and insurance.
