I watched the tech do a load test on mine and he was pulling over 100A just off idle maybe 1200-1400 RPM. This test was done with the load right at the battery terminals.

I have a BMW M5 -90 It has a 115amp Alternator.And the question is: at which "Rpm" does the alternator produce 115amps ?

Any inputs will be greatley appreciated!
