i tried bridgestone re730's and my m5 turned into a boat(no responsivness)and ended up returning them.
i recommend yokohama avs-inter. can't be beat for performance and $ and also suggest you stick with stock size.

I need to know what tires are the best for my M5 91-
I now have 235/45 Zr 17.
Anyone tried :
Goodyear F1
Michelin Pilot sport
Dunlop 9000
Bridgestone s02,s03

How was they ? which would you recommend ?
Is it possible to put a 255/40 tire on a rim that is 8" width ?
