The 8k spread may be justified by way of superb maintanence and replacing prematurely, those suspicipous parts. New tires would be a big part of it. And by the way, is this not 1/2 the price of a new M ? We need to respect how we each value our cars.

I'm not sure why you people have to make personal attacks on someone...

This is a chat forum... What service do you provide for perspective BMW buyers by telling people how superior your cars are, and blast anyone who has anything negative to say about it?? People on every Bimmer board here post opinions on a car for sale whether it be negative or not.. Of course Steve is going to be irritated over any negative comment posted about his car...

Judging by some of the E34 M5 owner reactions I have seen here... My personal interest in the model has declined significantly... As a serious future buyer, I currently drive a 1993 525i I bought new, and think the bodystyle looks superb and would like to upgrade..

The Avus Blue M5 that Steve owns happens to be the same color as the 1993 BMW 5-series Brochure car which I find extremely appealing.. I still have the original catalog and that color car has stuck on my mind for several years..

Do you think anyone in his right mind considering a car such as Steve's at such a high price isn't getting ask some really nitpicking questions?? Do you honestly think anyone seriously willing to fork over $38k for an 8 yr old car with 3 owners NOT ask some point blank questions?? Get real now...

Kenny, as a former 93 M5 owner (a beautiful car that is now on its fifth owner) and hopefully soon to be euro M5 owner, please don't make negative comments that are only going to hurt the prospects of Steve selling the car. If you actually know something factual about this particular case, then it might be ok to warn a prospective buyer. Since you don't, keep it to yourself because you are doing everyone a disservice. As you note, these cars are rare and have a small market, and thus are hard to sell quickly. I know if I was Steve I would be incredibly irritated if I posted on a car for sale, only to have somebody follow-up with the unsubstantiated negative doodoo you did.

Regards,
Anand

It's a little suspicious that such a desireable car with such low mileage has already had 3-previous owners...

Hi Gang,

The sad day has arrvived. I am selling my Garage queen. It is a US 1993 M5 in Avus Blue with the Silver Gray Interior. I truly beleive this car is as close to new as you are likely to find for this year car at this point in
time.

There is nothing to disclose. No accidents, paintwork, dents, dings, or scratches.

Owned by 3 AR owners. Car currently has less than 28k miles. I spent over a year looking for it. I am only selling it as I have the opportunity to get a
new M3 and I already have 4 cars, so this is the one that has to go, I can only have one garage queen.

I have the car listed on classifieds2000 at

http://www.classifieds2000.com/cgi-cls/ad.exe?P1+C14+R1160158

I have a some additional digital photos I can send to you if interested.

Please contact me off line and I can discuss with you.

Steve
