Went with the standard Brembo cross drilled with carbon fiber pads. Stops really well, less brake dust. I probably have about 5k on them, and they started to sqeak a little when almost at a stop. Probably need to add more gup to the back of the pads.

Since you have 140K. I would recommend or consider changing out the brake lines to stainless steel.
