I have had 5 BMW's over the years and have had good sales and service. In many cases its the customer who is unreasonable and is either ignorant or stupid.

Unfortunately i have been having too many problems with BMWNA and their dealers. I have now seen other people having problems as well. I think the only way we can show them that we are not going to deal with them is by getting together and making our voice heard much louder. If you do not wish to participate, thats fine. but if you do, please tell a couple of your friends about the site. Thanks. I will regularly update it
