Times have changed my friend. Shipping is still in the $900 range but the federalization package will cost you over $8,000. I know, this vendor currently has 5 of my cars. I have been waiting almost 8 months for them to clear the EPA test, to no avail. The EPA test alone costs $2500, parts for DOT are close to $2,000 and the DOT filing costs $2,500. And I'm not sure what my interest carry is right now, but it ain't cheap. Individual Auto performs a valuable service, and unless you have incredible patience, buying an american or federalized Euro is worth the added expense over chasing a car in Europe and riding it all the way home. Just 2 cents from a guy with experience.Cheers

I have seen their work, and I know the primary people.......in charge. But to buy a vehicle from any company at the prices on the market is not worth it. Why not buy from germany direct at 1/3 the price and just pay shipping and conversion fee. Trust me you will still come out cheaper! Trust me I have imported a 90 M5:
Cost $3975 USD
shipping $950 USD
conversion $3500 USD
Total out of pocket including price of the car
$$$$8425 USD....
My M5 104,500 miles, no dents rust rips or tears
immaculate condition. 1 owner very clean with books, and documentation..... appraised @ $22,000 and insured for $35,000 full coverage there are some good deals buying direct Trust me on this guys.....
