Thanx JAMES,ROGER,LASZLO,ANATOLY,KJK,JORDAN MELCON AND SCOTT.I'm only 16 years old but the e34 m5's one of my most favourite cars.Actually i like all bimmers especially M-power ones.I've been in quite a lot m5's and the e28 m5's great too.We were gonna buy m5 e34 3.6L.Here in south africa we only have the 3.6L available and not the 3.8L m5 and instead of buying an m5 my dad bought a 740 e38.BUT its a lekka cab much more refined than an m5 and its got power too.We also got 2 325is's one white and the other resprayed daytona violet.The purple one is moded.Its been bored and stroked(ourselves)my dads a mechanic and the cam is cut 288 degrees not too wild and the head gas flowed and ported.Its also got a branch and free flow.It runs but we need to play with the computer box a little now.We should gain atleast 10%more power.Its not even run in yet but it will run an m3 with std computer box and i'm sure after it loosens up a bit it will be even quicker.When i get pic's i'll send.We also have a champaigned light goldish colour 1984 735 one of our first bimmers which my dad will never sell.But its a lekka car.Much more refined.Tell me what other kewl cabs u'll got.Thanx for the response and James one more question.Did those mods make quite a difference?I know the shift pattern of the std m5 is quite long so that alone must have made quite a difference.Thanx a lot!Bye pplz.
