The going price for a decent set of used bare M5 wheels seems to be around $600, but of course the condition makes a big difference here. New bare wheels are about $300 at discount (e.g., VOB in Maryland quoted me $303 plus shipping). The covers are around $100 each new. Since used-but-good condition appears to run about 1/2 new price, your turbine covers should bring about $200 for the set.

How valuable are they? I bought my M5 with the throwing star wheels, but the owner also gave me the turbine inserts. What would the insets be worth by themselves?
