The wheel shown is 91 M5. They came with the turbine covers and magnesium turbine inserts and cap cover. I like them better without the turbines or with the "throwing star" centers often seen on the later models. The base wheel is the basis for both turbine and throwing star wheel. Only difference is the cover and cover cap. I used the base wheel and made my own cap for the hole in the center of the wheel as no cap is made for this purpose.
