The U.S. model 1991-1992 M5's came with the turbine wheels, and the 1993 came with the throwing stars.. what year U.S. model M5 did the wheels in the picture come in??

Although I don't have an M5, I have M5 wheels on my 530i. I thought you guys might like to see this wheel bare with the centers I made up today. As you know, there is no center cap for this wheel "bare" so I improvised with a Mercedes center cap, drilled and cut out the star. Stick on new roundels and bang, you got a nice center cap for this wheel. The center caps new are about $4.00 and roundels are about $3.00 new so this is not a big buck thing.

Just passing this on.
