My concern about purchasing a M5 here in the states is that I may potentially be moving to Canada for at least a few years (don't ask why ;-).

I'm not too concerned about emmisions, but will the speedometer/tach cluster be expensive to replace? I most likely wouldn't sell the car there, but if I had to would it hurt the resale value?

Would it be easier to purchase the car in Canada and bring it over here when (and if) I move back?
