Ok if the car you are taking to Canada is a US spec car you are ok. BUT if it is a euro spec that was converted here in the US that is a NO-NO
unless it is 15yrs or older. The emmissions in canada is not as tough as the EPA certification, to enter the US, if the car can pass the local state emmissions it will pass the Canadian emmissions. You will need to install daytime running lights on the vehicle, going to canada, and the import regulations are softer.

Coming from Canada to the US the restictions are not bad either......
