I might be getting a 1991 M5 for really really cheap... but the only problem is that the synchros are ground out, when i drove it i only got up to third gear, but i know the 2nd and 3rd gear synchros are ground..... now to my question...

Will a 6spd euro M5 transmission fit on the US model 3.6l M5? also, is there any sort of dog-leg box that would be available. I am mainly trying to stay away from the 5spd transmission with the anti-backlash gears b/c from what i have read, that is what causes the synchro problems (that and carelessness)
