Best Year for E34 M5 (archive)

Hello all, I'm new to this forum. As a former E24 owner I'm now wanting to look into an E34 M5. I'm not in the market for it just yet, but want to start looking. I'm interested in finding out which years to look for/avoid/etc. Basically I want to rule out cars from my search. Also interested in Euro as I used to have a 732i. Any help is appreciated. Thanx!
