What we have done for customers is taken the insert section off and cut the backing that has pulled away from the panel... that will release some of the tension that is pulling outward. Then re-glue the insert. Not with some wimpy contact glue, use epoxy or something insane. If you don't it will pull up again. If this is not working... give me a call. I have all kinds of E34 door panels in stock.
