Left hand panel in the trunk. I removed my factory amp and replaced the crossover with seperate MB Quart crossovers that I had left behind from another. Stock speakers worked great with the new crossover points compared to just replacing the stereo with a new deck and using the factory crossover points, which run only through the factory amp.

I want to know where the amplifier is in my car and what may be a possible upgrade if I don;t want to touch the speakers.

I am pretty sure it's unde the rear shelf in the trunk...it's in the right rear quarter of my Touring....
