Open the door. There is a rubber cover no more than an inch long; pry this off. With a flashlight, you'll see the handle cover locking bar; push this in and the handle cover falls off the door. This exposes the door handle bolt & lock. The cover can be fitted by pulling the bar back with a bent heavy wire. Very easy.
Did you try to reset the locks by locking from passenger door?
