Looking for a car "to use for powerslides"?
Uhhmm, that is an honoreble goal, but is that the only use for this car you are going to buy?

If so - go buy a 93 or newer Camaro or Trans Am with a V-8. Lots cheaper than an M5 and better for powerslides. Pretty easy to control too, just keep your foot in it and countersteer a bit:-)

I intend to use the car for long-distance touring, commuting, and being driven hard down twisty drivers roads, so I am looking for a good all-round car that delivers driver satisfaction rather than just straight-line acceleration. Can't stand Camaro type cars I'm afraid, I want something with quality engineering.
