Rear Wheel Alignment problem (archive)

A few weeks ago I posted a message relating to a minor single car accident I was in driving my 91 M5 in the rain. The car is finally fixed, however due to the impact of the rear wheel hitting the curb, my rear wheel aligment is TOED OUT 1/8 inch.

Has anyone had experience where your rear wheels do not line up perfectly and may be towed out as little as 1/8 inch? I would like to know what complications I could have in driving the car in this manner and if I should do a further diagnosis (which could cost thousands to repair depending on the damage), or if everything will be OK.

Thanks,

Matt
