91 M5 with 95K miles. Rear end shakes (steering wheel is calm) over 60 mph. Had dealer rebalance wheels and check tires A-OK. Ride was smoother when wheels were unbalanced. Any suggestions?

Make sure your rims are hub centric. Boss on axle and hole in wheel are the same diameter.
Also check to make sure you don't have excess wheel or tire runout.
