That much toe out sounds about right if you planned to autocross the car. The car will exhibit great turn-in and tend towards oversteer.

Sadly, these same traits will make the car "twitchy" on the street. There are offset bushings available to correct the problem.

KMAC part #193326 should do the trick. You might be able to find something elsewhere, but you can see it at http://www.racetep.com/kmac.html.
