Looking at '91 M5 w/ 142k... (archive)

Hi what should I be aware of? The asking price is $14,900. Factory engine replaced @ 42k. 1 owner, says seats are worn, all stock, no autocross, is this too many miles? I currently own a '90 535 and a '73 2002 that both are extremely reliable. I do not want to open a can of worms...any help is appreciated.
