I've looked into this and never seen one. I have a 1992 535 and although I wish it was an M5 it's not so I think it's kind of cheesy to be putting M swag all over it. I think you could buy the illuminated knob, carefully take the cap off the top and replace it with one of the others they make and it should work. BTW I see Circle BMW has these for $86 and Nick Alexander BMW supposedly has them for sale for $65, that's the cheapest I've ever seen.
