Justin,
While the M5 bumper in the drawing is shown as two parts(#1 & #2) that make-up #13, it is actually just one molded assembly.
Therefore, part #2 is not avaliable seperatly.

You will often find, the BMW parts catalog diagrams are nothing more than a representation of the assemble and are more often than not other than a true assembly drawing for the model referenced.
