Thrust Arm Busing Replacement at Dealer (archive)

My E34 is going in for service soon (warrantied short black replacement) and I'm thinking that the wobbly way it hits the bumps may be due to failed thrust arm busings. What are my options if BMW manhattan does the work? Can they put in something more than just the replacement part?
