The original factory exhaust is actually one of the best systems you can use on the car. I know that when our cars were new, Dinan would rework the stock system slightly for a bundle of $$$ but only if you had under 10,000 miles on the clock. Anything over that and they said "leave it alone".

I've had limited experience w/aftermarket parts, but it seems to me that all most of them do is give you a bit more noise. I admit that it was fun to idle through a parking structure and set off every car alarm in the place with the rumble that I got from a Tri-Flo setup, but that rig actually killed the top end on my car by about 10 mph. I switched back to the stock system in short order. I do hear good things about SuperSprint, but I've never tried one ;>)
