The costs are around $10k. For the E34 M5 I understand the main new part you have to get is the catalyst. The tricky part of getting the 3.8L to pass EPA is the cold-start. Will Zaraska should be able to clarify all this. Eagle ImEx is another good source from what I've heard on the E34 M5 E-Group.
