I once drove a Dinan twin turbo 850CSi that was for sale at Car Nutz here in Bellevue, WA. The M5 would definately walk all over that car, it simply doesn't have the powerband needed for a car that heavy. Granted, it was fast and the turbos actually spooled pretty quickly for being twin turbo with nothing fancy controlling the boost, but I wouldn't replace my M5 with it. Maybe installing a Greddy Profec boost controller would increase performance with higher boost, but I still love the feel of the 5 vs. 8. Just my .02


E34 M5 on a racetrack.After all the csi is more of a high speed autobahn cruiser and not as nimble in the twisties as the M5.
