The 1995 interior should fit fine.

Heating seats should cost about $400 with labour for just the bottom cushions on the fronts. IPD makes them for Volvos for about $75-100/element. My M20 heats up in about 5 mins to operating and then the car is too hot to run max heat. Not worth doing seat heaters IMHO.

Converting non-power seats to power is likely a major hassle and not worth it. Just get power seats from a salvage yard and go with those. You can swap the upholstery to keep your original color. Check various yards from Roundel.

These mods will rapidly exceed the price of your early-model 525i!

Help! I want to put a newer leather interior in my 1989 525i and want to know what is the newest year interior I can put in without major work. I also want to change my heated, non-power seats to heated, power ones. Is this a major job? Please help.....
