I went in the local BMW dealership. They were willing to sell a set of M-parallels for $2000.

Note that the e34 rear wheel has 9 inch width and has a different offset then the e38 rear wheel which is 9.5 inches wide.
the 8 inch front wheel has the same part # and offset for both the e34 and e38.

Unfortunately his price for m-parallel wheels is not any better than a dealer. But check with him for other parts.
