Mercedes all seem to drive the same (although I've heard good things about the AMGs)-slow and wooden steering, suspension setup for ride and grand touring.Even the brake and throttle feel are poor and do not encourage sporty(fast) driving. Probably best suited for the autobahn or driving to the manicurist in Palm Beach.

SL500 has a great engine but it does not drive like a BMW. You will be disappointed if this is what you are expecting.
