I suggest that you visit the Dinan site at dinanbmw.com for a complete description. Also their tech support guys are very open about discussing various component combinations etc.

92 M5 - I have just completed upgrade to Dinan stage III with Koni adjustables front and Konis rear with Racing Dynamics anti-sway bars. I am very happy with the setup.

What exactly is included in Dinan stage III?
What is in stage I? Also, can I mix konis and Bilstiens?
