It is difficult to check the subframe bushings w/o removing them. The only way I could tell is by driving my car and a newer car back to back. When I replaced them I could tell the difference in my 160k mile car just reversing slowly while getting on and off the brakes. BIG difference!
The E34 M5 also has dogbones (Pitman Arms) in the rear that might be worn. Easy replacement. Bent arms should be rare. I have not heard of a bent STA yet.

My rear right wheel camber seems slightly out place, it is eroding the inner tire prematurely could it be the sub-frame mounting bushes and arm bushes that need replacement? They don't seem to be that worn out on the other hand I can't see mich until I pull them out. Otherwise it might be a bent arm?
