damian , i actually dont have much info on the chip other then the name.....sorry. came with the car, and i actually tried to look up info on it and was unsuccessful.....but........i have driven a 91 w/ a conforti chip and i like the feel of mine better. couldnt tell you if it was just the chip effecting the difference but had more umf. ill talk to the guys who worked on it before i got it, big m5 guys they should know. ill keep you posted.
