PPPP on onboard computer display ?? (archive)

I had to take the instrument cluster out and when reconnecting it the onboard computer on m y '93 M5 displayed PPPP and the diagnostic unit in the cluster does not display.

Major brain fart.

What do I need to do to reset the comuter?
