Depends on what you want ... handling, ride comfort, looks. I've been researching this like crazy the last few weeks. Advice is to ride/drive other people's m5s with different set-ups. I've driven now in M5s with H&R, Bilstein, Dinan and cut springs (thanks to all for the rides and drives). This is the ONLY you can tell what YOU want.

Ground Control sells a set of customized coil-overs (Eibach springs with height-adjustable hats) but, since Jay (their owner) is the only one who can answer BMW questions and I have left SEVERAL messages for him and he doesn't seem to care about BMWs, I would NOT recommend them at all!!

Also, what shocks are you planning on using? Stock? Bilstien? For what I'm looking for (little stiffer ride with improved handling, and NOT too much lower), my plan is to go with Dinan springs and Koni adjustables ... unless I drive something else that I like better :)

Good luck,
