I just checked the ETK and found the parts. Looks like you can install the side shades w/o changing out the door trim. Also, there is a manual rear sunshade and an electric one. Which one did you get?

P.S. One more thing, you might want to try various discounting dealerships like Nick Alexander and VOB the next time before you try BavAuto. They can usually do better on the dealer-only parts.
