Yes, I have found the M5 CV is unique in its bolt pattern or size, but as far as I can tell the trailing arms for the for all the rest are interchangable as long as you stick with the proper brake setup that was on the arm. in any case I found a complete set of 750il arms.

FYI,
Yes the control arms are the same for the E-32 & E-34. However, since the axles on the 750 are different than the E-34 to make a wider tire track, the E-32 axles will need to be pulled and replaced with E-34 axle. You will need new wheel bearings when doing that job.
