The door/warning chime is beginning to fail. What is the standard repair? Where is it located?

This is a first I have heard.
Maybe a loose connetor.
It is located on the hush panel at the driver side foot well. 6-7 screws an your there.
I've opende mine up and added a series resistor at the speaker to reduce the chime sound level.
