Hey guys, I'm over from the e28 board. I'm helping my mechanic sell a bunch of parts occupying space at his shop, and we have 3 e34 diffs: a 3.64 open diff, a 3.91 LSD, and a 4.10 open diff. They all came off e34s, but the 3.64 and 3.91 LSD have one type of stub axle and the 4.10 has a different type. The 3.64 and 3.91 look like the pic. The 4.10 diff looks similar, but only the stub axles are different. Any ideas on why these are different? Will the diff in the pic fit an e34 m5? BTW, if anyone is interested the 3.91 LSD is currently listed on ebay. Thanks for any input.
