Castrol 10W-60 is best. Available only at BMW and Porsche dealers. Mobil 1 15W-50 is also good, or any good quality synthetic with similar viscosity. 10W-30 is too thin for the M5.


I have the car for about two months now and want opinions on which is the best oil for the car, I currently have Mobile 1 10w30 synthetic.
