What is considered good compression readings and good leakdown readings for this engine?

There is a '91 M5 available in Raleigh, NC with 126k miles and a newly rebuilt tranny. Also, the car has been repainted, even thou it is an excellent job. Records are slim to none but the car runs excellent and has a chip and b&b exhaust. Black with Black Leather. The car came from Texas about 2 to 3 years ago.

What would be a good offer on this vehicle in this condition? He is asking $19k neg.

Thanks for the help,

Andrew
